THT's know-how is rooted in its rare and perfect mastery of bacterial strain selection and production processes. The company produces a constantly rising number of different strains that have been selected, among the 3.000 strains of the CWBI's collection, for their physiological and process characteristics for the development of new applications, especially health-related ones.

The strains that THT produces were originally isolated from human, animal, and plant specimens around the world. They are natural ingredients that have not been genetically modified.
