In partnership with BELDEM (a leading supplier of food ingredients : enzymes, yeasts, yeasts extracts, bioflavours, ...), THT developped an interesting range of starter cultures, in particular for bread applications.

FERMI'BEL is a blend of sourdough bacteria, used to produce very stable sourdough fermentations in one step. Sourdoughs made with the FERMI'BEL starter cultures will generate a very round flavour. This fresh sourdough can be used to produce traditional breads with high quality and authentic look.

Moreover, due to the fast acidification rate, the risk of contamination can be limited.
